Courts Boards to work with Her Majesty's Courts Service in the United Kingdom to improve administration of the courts.[1] Schedule 1 to the Courts Act 2003 made provision for the establishment of Court Boards.[1] There are currently 21 Court Boards.[2] The quango will be abolished under current plans by the British government as part of its 2010 economic and governmental reforms (2010 UK quango reforms).
